2017-2018 PreK - 6th Grade Tuition Schedule and Fees
$50 for each NEW child
$600 registration for RETURNING students paid after February 24, 2017 $400 early registration for RETURNING students paid by February 24, 2017 $500 for each NEW child
$4800 for Preschool $6500 for Kindergarten through Sixth Grade
Toast to the Coast:
$200 (each family must purchase or sell two Toast to the Coast tickets)
Supplies & Activity Fee:
$300 for each child (K- 6th grades. Includes supplies, workbooks, field trips, and outside enrichment programs) (excludes overnight trips)
$100 1st and 2nd Grades $200 3rd Grade $450 4th-6th Grades (Monthly payments may be arranged)
Space is reserved when Coast Episcopal School has received a signed Registration Contract and Registration Fee and all previous balances are current.
Elementary Aftercare and Homework Help:
School hours are 7:55 am - 3:10pm. Aftercare program is available to all students, kindergarten through sixth grade, every full school day from 3:10 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Aftercare is not available on holidays, teacher workdays, conference days, or any early dismissal days. The program is supervised by Coast Episcopal School personnel and consists of a flexible schedule including snacks, indoor and outdoor playtime, and homework time.
$15.00 per day to be billed at the end of the month
$195.00 per month if paid on the first day of the month
$715.00 per semester if paid on the first day of each semester $20.00 late fee every 5 minutes after 5:30pm
Preschool After Care and Extended Care Program:
Preschool hours are 8:00am - 11:45am. Extended Care (11:45am - 3:00pm) and aftercare (3:00pm-5:30pm) are available to all preschoolers at CES each full school day. Extended/Aftercare will not be available on holidays, teacher workdays, conference days, or any early days.
Families may pay tuition in full by April 28, 2017 and receive an early, full-payment tuition discount of $200.00 per child.
Families may pay tuition in two equal installments due on April 28, 2017 and June 28, 2017.
Monthly Payment Plan
Monthly payments made ACH via Hancock Bank. Payments must be completed by March 17, 2018. ACH fees apply.
Multiple Child Discount:
First Child - No discount 20% off each additional child
Family discounts are not offered to children in the Toddler Program.
Active Duty Military Discount 20% off for each child
Financial Aid packets are available in the Business Office. Completed packets must be submitted by April 13, 2017. The application deadline will be strictly enforced. Decisions regarding financial aid awards will be made by May 19, 2017. To be eligible for Financial Aid, all outstanding balances must be paid in full.
