Terms and Conditions for Coast Episcopal School’s Toast to the Coast Fundraising Gala
Introduction Welcome to the Toast to the Coast Fundraising Gala hosted by Coast Episcopal School. Participation in our online silent and live auctions, raffle ticket sales, and sponsorship sales indicates your agreement to these Terms and Conditions (T&C).
Participation Eligibility Participants must be of legal age to enter into binding contracts. Employees of the school and their immediate family members may participate but are not eligible for certain prizes.
Auctions and Raffles
- All auction and raffle item sales are final.
- Descriptions and values of items are provided by donors and not warranted by Coast Episcopal School.
- Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prizes.
Payments
- Payments for auctions, raffles, and sponsorships are processed through a third-party software. Participants agree to the terms and privacy policies of the third-party processor.
- Refunds are not provided except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the event organizers.
Data Privacy Your participation data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Limitation of Liability Coast Episcopal School is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the gala, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes will be governed by the laws of our jurisdiction and must be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.
