School hours are 7:55 am – 3:10pm. Aftercare program is available to all students, toddlers through sixth grade, every full school day from 3:10 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Aftercare is not available on holidays, teacher workdays, conference days, or any early dismissal days. The program is supervised by Coast Episcopal School personnel and consists of a flexible schedule including snack time, indoor and outdoor playtime, and homework time.
Fee Schedule:
$18.00 per day to be billed at the end of the month
$900.00 per semester if paid on the first day of each semester
$20.00 late fee every 5 minutes after 5:30pm
*NEW THIS YEAR! Enrollment fees will not have to be paid at the time of enrollment/re-enrollment. Those fees will be rolled into agreement plans and included in monthly payments. As always, Business Manager will work individually with our CES Families on customized payment plans that work for them.
Payment Plans for Tuition Fees:
A ten-month payment plan will be available upon completing registration with FACTS. Payments will begin on either the 1st or 15th of May 2024 and shall be completed by February 2025.
Payment plans can be additionally customized by contacting business_@at@_myces.org.
Depending on the plan, a FACTS annual processing fee applies: $25-$50 per family.
Please note that FACTS implements a nonrefundable $30 late fee upon second return of automatic debit payment, and CES implements a $30 late fee on invoiced agreements and incidentals.
Discounts: Discounts are given on the tuition portion only.
Financial Aid:
You may apply for Financial Aid after your child is accepted to Coast Episcopal School as a part of your online enrollment process via Facts Grant & Aid Assessment. First, complete online Admissions application and pay application fee. The application fee is non refundable. The deadline for Facts Grant & Aid Assessment application is April 21, 2024. To be eligible for Financial Aid, all outstanding balances must be paid in full.
Space is reserved when Coast Episcopal School has received a signed Registration Contract and Registration Fee and all previous balances are current.
